Area Dental Support Center
The OCAITHB Dental Support Center is funded by
IHS and provides technical and clinical support services for all IHS
Tribal and Urban dental clinics operating within the Oklahoma City
Area. The Dental Support Center has four main objectives:
- Enhancing the capacity of the OCA Dental Program by recruiting and continuing education activities
- Providing technical assistance and resources for HP/DP initiatives
- Providing technical assistance and resources for area Head Start programs and other regional and National prevention initiatives
- Coordinating research, demonstration projects and studies relating to the diagnosis, treatment, control and prevention of oral diseases.
